This American Red Ale style has been hopped with Tasmanian Ella Hops. A complex grain bill of 7 different malts have created a biscuity, earthy ale with an apricot/passionfruit hopped nose/taste, its easy to fall for and impossible to have only one.
Note ; We originally used fresh hops from 2017's harvest in this brew. Picked less than 24hrs before we brewed with them, these little green buds of bitterness brought a fresh bite to the ale that had to be tasted to believed. Its fair to say we loved it so much we just had to keep making it
