Our “breakfast” Brandy, housed in 4 separate virgin American oak casks, is a grape based spirit much akin to the Cask Strength. We’ve used our very own wine produced from some of Tasmania’s finest grapes, grown in our estate vineyard.
Exhibiting a classic buttery sweet vanilla and ginger nose with a smooth almost bourbon whisky like oak character on the palate of caramels, nutmeg, raisins and almond. This fine Brandy release is a blend of the best Iron House has to offer. It’s modern, sophisticated yet approachable and uniquely indulgent.
